EPIC – Employment Preparation and Inclusion in the Community program
Are you under 25? Does your NDIS Plan list at least one of these goals?
- social and community participation
- improved daily living skills
- SLES (School Leaver Employment Support)
If yes, EPIC could be the perfect program for you
EPIC is a transition program designed and run by Access Australia Group. We focus on helping you build your work skills as well as the skills you need for being involved with your community.
We’ll work with you to create your own program based on your strengths, interests and needs. There’ll be fun, hands-on learning covering topics such as teamwork, time management, communication, and other work abilities.
We’ll also be practicing skills such as managing money, cooking nutritious meals, looking after your health, using public transport or getting a license. EPIC is a flexible program. You can attend full time or part time. It’s up to you.
Currently offered in the Bendigo region, EPIC activities run five days a week at a number of our site locations – Lancewood, Peppergreen Farm and Access Creative Studios, as well as off-site in the community.
